No Refunds or Returns All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (health, wellness, and personal care items), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
No Exchanges We do not offer product exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fashioncottonllc@gmail.com with:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect product
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
We will review your case and work with the shipping carrier to find the best solution.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Customer Responsibility It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
